I’m Isaac Watson. I like taking a mess of parts and arranging them into something that works.
Most of my working life has been spent planning and building businesses. I started on the floor of a lululemon store in Edmonton and spent eight years there, finishing in Vancouver planning the North American men’s business. I was a Senior Partner at ALIF Partners, founded Braintrvst Analytics, and was a founding member of Statecraft Partners, running political campaigns at every level of government. From 2018 to 2023 I was VP Retail at Fire & Flower, through more than 100 store openings and acquisitions. Today I run Heartland, where I work alongside the owners of Canadian businesses, and most recently I managed a 2025 federal campaign.
